About us

"Frontier Labs," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Frontier Labs LLC, a Minnesota-registered limited liability company. "Service" means our website at frontierlabs.llc and our software products including, without limitation, the Radical iOS application.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Radical is offered as an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Apple's terms of service govern your purchase.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are issued at Apple's discretion. To request a refund, please use Apple's "Report a Problem" page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
