Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Frontier Labs LLC ("Frontier Labs," "we," "us") handles personal information through our website and our products, including the Radical iOS application.

Last updated: May 2026.

Summary

We collect the minimum information needed to operate our products. We do not sell your personal data, we do not show ads, and we do not analyze the apps or websites you choose to block. Where information can stay on your device, it does.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account in Radical, we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with a third-party identity provider, we receive only what that provider shares (typically your name, email, and a unique identifier).

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment information. We do receive a record of your subscription status from Apple in order to grant access.

Partner mode data

If you connect a partner, we store the connection between your accounts and any unlock or block requests exchanged between you. This is necessary for the partner mode feature to function.

Device and diagnostic data

We collect basic, non-identifying diagnostic information (such as crash reports and aggregate usage statistics) to keep the app working reliably.

What we do not collect

  • We do not collect a list of which apps you have installed on your device beyond your own selections inside Radical.
  • We do not see the websites you visit. The Safari content blocker runs entirely on-device.
  • We do not track your location.
  • We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use your information

  • To provide and operate Radical and any other Frontier Labs services.
  • To authenticate you and protect your account.
  • To enable partner mode features when you opt in.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our products. These currently include Google Firebase (authentication, database, push notifications) and Apple (App Store, Push Notification Service). These providers process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@FrontierLabsLLC.onmicrosoft.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children

Radical is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date and notify users where appropriate.
